Meet the Team

Jorge Reyno, MD, MHA
Managing Partner - Clinical Care & Population Health

Dr. Reyno applies his experience and expertise in internal medicine, infectious disease, healthcare administration and population health leadership to identify the drivers that influence health outcomes for diverse populations. He has garnered a reputation for using a multidimensional, data-driven approach to disrupt and correct the structural inequities that perpetuate negative health outcomes.

Patrick Chen, MASc, MPH
Managing Partner - Clinical Operations & Strategy

Patrick is an expert in spatial epidemiology with innovative applications in healthcare operations, health equity, and population health. He works with federal agencies to advance mass-casualty coordination and trauma system readiness. With his success in leading teams in data science and population health, and health economics, Mr. Chen is passionate about blending these skills to produce multidimensional population intelligence.

Evan Moh, MEng, MS
Managing Partner -Technology & Product

Evan Moh is a technology and product executive specializing in AI-driven simulation systems, large-scale data architecture, and complex decision-support tools for national security and healthcare resilience. He leads engineering and product strategy behind the Aion Simulation Platform, integrating AI models and real-time decision-support infrastructure for operations optimization and crisis management.

Who We Are Shapes What We Do

The Path to Aion Insights

Aion Insights was born from experience traditional consultancies don't have.

Our team combines what's rarely found together: a combined thirty years managing healthcare crises and operations across five states. Clinical leadership from food-borne outbreaks to COVID-19 response. Geospatial expertise and public health training from John Hopkins and Harvard. Enterprise AI and data science from Stanford Health Care and pharmaceutical portfolios exceeding $10 billion. Strategic intelligence from national security professionals with combat zone experience. Partnership with an NGO with over four decades of experience providing humanitarian relief around the world.

That intersection is where Aion Insights lives: operations to emergencies, analytics to action.
